I put off getting that Root canal for years. I finally had the courage to go and was dreading the appointment. I was refereed by my amazing dentist Dr. Afshin Golyad. Once the procedure started i was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very kind and Dr.Hakim himself very patient and made an effort to explain things in details. I barely felt anything that was happening to me during the procedure. The staff continued to be amazing even on the follow up visit

I was referred to Dr. Alexander Hakim from Dr. Kourosh Maddahi’s office last year. Needed to have a root canal. I was nervous about having the procedure, but Dr. Hakim was so friendly. My tooth extraction was a difficult one because of how deep my tooth was and the angle. But he was very attentive, asking me how I was doing and just very kind. I knew I was in good hands. My follow up also went very well. I believe it was 3-4 months after the root canal. Their office is also quite nice. It is on the 10th floor, so if you don’t do elevators, it’ll take a bit to walk up. I’m not sure if there’s a parking garage for this building. We’ve always parked on the street across from the building, and near the 7-Eleven. Would definitely recommend Dr. Alexander Hakim, especially if you’re nervous about having a root canal. He’s very thorough, but as gentle as can be.

I can’t say enough about the fantastic job that Dr Hakim did on my root canal. He used the latest technology and it was done in one go, no crown required. It was two hours of work, but it went so well that it seemed less than half that amount of time. During my second visit, Dr. Hakim truly went beyond the call of duty. While he operated on the neighboring tooth (where the root was inflamed), he noticed that the first tooth was also inflamed. He cleaned it out right away and added bone material, but only charged the fee for cleaning one tooth root. At 6:30 that evening, the doctor called and asked how the surgery was, which I truly appreciated. He truly has a kind heart and cares for his patients. Best of all, the day after the surgery, I had no pain or swelling. My experience convinced me that Dr Hakim is highly skilled and took my needs very seriously. He showed consummate professionalism and concern for my well-being, and I am very happy with the job that he performed.

Dr. Hakim is an amazing person and doctor! He was honest, forward, and excellent. I've had two root canals done here and it's been nothing but great. Dr. Hakim and his staff make you feel comfortable and both procedures I've had done were pretty much painless! Dr. Hakim really knows what he's doing and explains the process very thoroughly. I would give this doctor 5000 stars but for the limitation to 5 :) I will definitely be coming back here if I need another root canal!! Nazli Torbat.

Dr Hakim did a root canal for me and I am very satisfied. He is a very friendly and gentle endodontist. He explained the procedure to me and answered any questions I had. His fee was reasonable. He was very careful about applying anesthetic and I felt virtually no pain. He truly cares about the wellness of his patients. I strongly recommend him.
